Therefore, it is logical to strengthen the area of personnel and recruiting. Since the beginning of October, Raphaela Feldmann is the new HR manager on board of trinidat. The 36-year-old from D\u00fcsseldorf is restructuring HR and is responsible for recruiting the best software developers and other specialists. Raphaela Feldmann: &#8220;Recruiting in the IT industry is challenging and that is precisely why it is so exciting. I would like to support the development of trinidat and further the efficient and appreciative personnel management. This includes making applicants feel comfortable at trinidat right from the start and quickly realizing what opportunities and challenges await team members at our company.
