28 years of trinidat: Unique software since 1997

In May 1997, Christoph Spielmann and Manfred Hoffbauer decided to found trinidat Software-Entwicklung GmbH. Their goal: to develop unique software for companies and organisations. ‘Our motivation then and now is to create software that is tailor-made and individually tailored to the specific requirements of companies,’ says Manfred Hoffbauer, one of the three managing directors of trinidat.

Technological and entrepreneurial development

Twenty-eight years ago, the IT world was completely different from what it is today: standard applications dominated the software market. Special requirements necessitated huge investments in corporate IT. This is where trinidat successfully entered the market, developing tailor-made, high-quality software at affordable prices with a team of programmers that was still small in the early years.

This approach proved to be a lasting success: trinidat grew rapidly, moved to larger offices and is now one of Germany’s leading IT companies for the development of customised software. With many long-standing customers from various industries, trinidat has also undergone enormous technological development since 1997. While the initial focus was primarily on desktop applications, the team of around 50 developers now programs modern business software in the form of web applications, mobile apps and smart AI solutions for corporations and SMEs. Manfred Hoffbauer: ‘Our customers appreciate our uncompromising focus on their requirements and business processes, our partnership-based cooperation and our technical expertise.’
