Strategy, software, Speicherstadt: trinidat takes AI to the next level
Last weekend, our management team met together in Hamburg. In addition to lots of fun, good food and stimulating discussions, there was also plenty of motivation on board to provide new impetus for the future of trinidat.
On Friday afternoon, the ICE train took us from the Rhine to the Elbe. After checking into the stylish hotel The Cloud One, the evening started at Luigi’s, a popular Italian restaurant, where the tour group enjoyed delicious and, above all, huge pizzas. A detour to the Schanzenviertel with cold drinks, billiards and darts kicked off the rest of the evening.
Strategy workshop with vision
On Saturday morning, the focus was on professional exchange. The morning focused on current challenges and future issues relating to the development of customer-specific software, the opportunities and risks of AI for our business and project work: How do AI technologies affect individual software development? Which AI tools can we use to better optimize software projects for our customers? And how can AI be meaningfully and efficiently integrated into the design and programming of customized software? Group leader Tim and team leader Jan provided extremely exciting insights and impulses on these questions, which were discussed intensively. “Sharing know-how, promoting innovation and strengthening the exchange between the various trinidat teams: our team leader workshop demonstrated the great enthusiasm for innovation in the trinidat management team,” says Managing Director Tobias Geisler.

Wonderland and Virtual Reality
The productive morning was followed by a trip to the famous Miniatur Wunderland, where the group marveled at detailed model worlds and embarked on a fun virtual reality adventure to broaden their horizons for digital worlds, before heading back to Düsseldorf.
Incentive sets impulses
The team leader event was not just a thank you to the colleagues, it also provided a successful impetus to further strengthen the cohesion between the trinidat teams and exchange new perspectives. “In Hamburg, we shared a lot of knowledge and expanded our experience in a targeted manner,” summarizes Tobias Geisler. In this respect, the trip was not only a lot of fun, but also provided professional and strategic impetus. The unanimous conclusion of the participants: we should hold leadership events like this more often.
