trinidat expands personnel management

Our employees are the heart of trinidat. trinidat continues to expand because our company is constantly growing. Therefore, it is logical to strengthen the area of personnel and recruiting. Since the beginning of October, Raphaela Feldmann is the new HR manager on board of trinidat. The 36-year-old from Düsseldorf is restructuring HR and is responsible for recruiting the best software developers and other specialists. Raphaela Feldmann: “Recruiting in the IT industry is challenging and that is precisely why it is so exciting. I would like to support the development of trinidat and further the efficient and appreciative personnel management. This includes making applicants feel comfortable at trinidat right from the start and quickly realizing what opportunities and challenges await team members at our company. My goal is for our personnel management to stand out clearly from our competitors,” explains Raphaela Feldmann.

Raphaela Feldmann most recently worked as Principal Consultant IT Recruiting for a Düsseldorf-based recruitment agency specializing in IT jobs. Before that, the dog lover gained professional experience in companies in the healthcare and real estate industries.
