Tobias Geisler, a new member of the three-person management team at trinidat since May, knows what companies expect from modern software solutions. The 36-year-old from Bergisch stands for consistent customer orientation at trinidat. “Thanks to my many years of experience on the industry side, I know exactly the specific customer needs.” Before joining trinidat, the mechanical engineer was the purchasing manager of a large medium-sized company, responsible among other things for finding the perfect software solutions for complex technical requirements. All of trinidat’s customers now benefit from his understanding of the potential and advantages of custom software.

How does the transfer from analog to smart products and processes succeed? And how does custom software help to digitize business processes? Tobias Geisler: “I take an innovative and creative approach to the important issues of digitization and understand exactly which topics are burning under the nails of industrial companies. As software experts, we develop the right solutions to make our customers smart for the future.”

With Tobias Geisler, trinidat is initiating a careful and planned generational change. He is also helping to ensure that the successful software company remains organizationally aligned for the future in the long term. “We never stand still and are always integrating new services that help our customers. Currently, for example, consulting on all aspects of digital transformation is a huge topic. We are responding to this need, expanding our portfolio and accompanying our customers along the way.”
