One click, one place – office organisation made easy

Flexible, intuitive, versatile: the new seat and workstation reservation software from trinidat offers all this and much more. At trinidat, we work in a hybrid model, with our team switching between office days and working from home. So it made sense for us to develop an application for seat and workstation reservations. The software allows all employees to select and reserve their workstations individually.

A practical tool for modern workplaces

After an initial version, our team leader Mike and our intern Max developed a second, optimised and expanded version of the software in just six weeks. The newly integrated inventory management feature is particularly useful in everyday work. It allows notebooks, monitors and docking stations to be assigned attributes, reserved and logged when returned. ‘The adjustments to the seat reservation system have made it much more user-friendly to set up offices. It is also finally possible to maintain and manage the inventory centrally in one place, where it is accessible to all team leaders,’ explains trinidat team leader Mike.

Easy editing without programmer know-how

The software also scores points with its dynamic, intuitive interface editing. This allows workstations, rooms and resources to be flexibly adapted and configured.
The application was developed with Blazor and JavaScript in the front end and .NET im in the back end and is suitable for many areas of application. Whether you’re a co-working space, transport service provider or craft business, trinidat’s seat and workstation reservation system is a smart tool for companies with flexible workplaces that is easy to use and can be customised without any programming knowledge.
